  • 4 oz Prosecco
  • 1 oz Strawberry Purée
  • 1 oz Gin

  • Fresh Strawberry for Garnish

Method: Mix gin and purée in champagne flute. Slowly pour in Prosecco. Stir gently and garnish with fresh strawberry.

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 1 oz Creme de Violette
  •  .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Lavender Sage Simple Syrup
  • 1 Egg White

Method: Combine all ingredients into shaker and shake vigorously. Add ice and shake to chill. Double strain into coupe and garnish with lavender. Optional: sugar rim for a little more sweetness!

Lavender Sage Simple Syrup: Combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in sauce pan. Add a handful of lavender and sage. Simmer for 30 min. Strain and chill.

  • 1 oz Limoncello
  • 1 oz Grapefruit Juice

Method: Slice apple, orange and lemon and put in a pitcher with the cinnamon sticks. Pour wine and cider on top of the fruit. Stir and serve over ice.

  • 1 Part Triple Sec

  • 2 oz Tequila
  • .5 oz Grand Marnier
  • 2 oz Grapefruit Juice
  • .5 oz Agave
  • Fresh Jalapeño

Method: Muddle jalapeño in shaker. Add ingredients and shake. Pour into glass and garnish with a thick slice of grapefruit!

  • 4 oz Clamato Juice
  • 2 oz Vodka
  • Jalapeños
  • Olives & Cinnamon for Garnish

Method: Muddle jalapeños in shaker. Add vodka, Clamato juice and ice. Shake and pour into Collins glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Other optional garnishes: cracked black pepper, salt rim, celery stalks, lemon, lime, olives.

  • 4 Dashes Sassafras Bitters

Method: Stir whiskey, scotch, bitters and syrup in mixing glass with ice. Strain into rocks glass with large cube. Garnish with expressed orange peel and cherry.

Rosemary Sorghum Syrup: Combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sorghum sugar into saucepan over medium heat. Add 6 sprigs of fresh rosemary and simmer for 20 minutes. Strain rosemary and chill.

  • 2 oz Orange Juice
  •  .5 oz Lemon Juice
  • .5 oz Thyme Syrup
  • Prosecco

Method: Combine all ingredients except bubbles in cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and pour into glass. Top with Prosecco and garnish with orange wheels and fresh thyme sprig.

Thyme Syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 10 thyme sprigs. Simmer all together for 20 minutes. Strain and chill.
